Plastic custom component solutions
Plastic components provide lightweight, cost-effective, corrosion-resistant parts that can be manufactured into complex shapes. They also give electrical and thermal insulative properties.
Injection moulding
We design the tool for you and can provide design for manufacturability (DFM) support, mould flow analysis, and a first article inspection report (FAIR) at the sampling stage to ensure everything meets spec before production.
CNC machining
Ideal for fast turnaround, small to medium batch sizes, or when you want to avoid the upfront cost of tooling, CNC machining is a flexible solution for producing precise plastic parts.
Vacuum forming
A cost-effective process with low tool cost for producing lightweight plastic parts using heat and vacuum over a mould. Ideal for covers, housings, trays, and panels.

Metal components made to your specifications
Custom metal components are essential in key industries such as electronics, infrastructure, automotive, aerospace, medical, data centres and construction. They provide strength, durability, high performance under load, conductivity and are valued for recyclability.
CNC machining
CNC machining offers exceptional accuracy and flexibility, with minimal, or no, tooling required. Whether you need milled, turned, or multi-axis components, we can machine parts to your exact specifications.
Fabricated sheet metal
From simple brackets to complex, screen-printed enclosures loaded with self clinching inserts, we bend, laser cut, punch, and weld sheet metal to match your exact design.
Auto lathes
For parts under 12 mm, we supply high-volume turned components produced on automatic lathes. Ideal for shafts, pins, bushings, and threaded parts. Compared to CNC machining, this method offers a significant reduction in unit cost.
Forged fasteners
We manufacture forged fasteners to your drawings and secondary processes. From micro fasteners to large components with intricate head designs. We produce SEMS and thread-forming fastener types, including trilobular options.
Extrusions
We produce extrusions fully machined to your specifications. Whether it's drilling, tapping, milling, custom slotting or polishing, we deliver finished extrusions ready for assembly.
Stamped parts
Custom pressed metal parts made to your drawings, from small precision components to larger complex assemblies. Where required, additional parts can be pressed or welded into the final piece. Tooling is often low cost and pays for itself quickly, enabling significant unit cost savings for both low and high-volume production.
Sub-assemblies and other components to fill out your bill of materials
From partial sub-assemblies to full mechanical product builds, we follow your job instructions, with the option to manage sourcing, assembly, and packaging. Whether it’s inserting connectors, fitting hardware, or building complex BOMs, we offer a cost-effective, time-saving way to streamline your production.
Material capabilities including custom alloys
We work with a broad range of materials to suit your specific requirements. These include standard options such as steel and stainless steel, as well as specialised materials like copper, titanium, silver nickel, and engineering plastics.
We can also directly match your original material using in-house chemical composition analysis and can produce materials in small batches from just 100kg.
